Proposed: the guest hub
Everything the guest needs, on one page, for their booking only
Today this is spread across a text, a booking confirmation and a website. Below is what it looks like gathered up. The link goes out with the arrival text and works on the field.
Proposed, not on your site today
A worked example for a made up booking. The gate code shown is invented, and on a live site this page would only exist for a real booking and would only show that booking's code on that booking's dates.
The Harper family
Grass pitch, north perimeter · Friday to Sunday
Today's gate code
4471
It changes daily. This one is only good for today.
No signal on the way
Signal drops from the beginning of Newhouse Lane and comes back at the top of the field. Open the route guide before you turn in.

Firewood by 4pm
Order campfire essentials before 4pm today and they come to your pitch. Raised fire pits only, and ash into the oil drums.
Order now10% off at The Star & Garter
Two miles from the field in East Dean. Show this page and take 10% off the food bill.
Please note discounts do not apply during Goodwood events.
Quiet from 10pm
Quiet time is 10pm to 7am, and strictly no music between those hours. It is a family field and the rule is mandatory.
1 dog on this booking
Long lead, under control, and the waste bin is at the entrance to the field. Please do not let them approach other campers uninvited.
Checkout by 4pm
Rubbish down to the waste, recycling and glass bins in the yard on your way out. Fire ash into the oil drums, never onto the ground.
One link, not four
The arrival text carries this address. Everything else the guest needs hangs off it, so there is nothing to dig out of a message thread at the top of a dark field.
It expires
The page is theirs for their dates. After checkout the code is gone and the link becomes a thank you and a review request.
It answers before they ask
Quiet hours, dog rules, ash, checkout. The four things you would otherwise say in person, said once, in writing, to everyone.
