Terms

Important terms and conditions

Camping at Newhouse Farm entitles you to access the uppermost camping field only. Please note, the ancient woodlands that surround the camping field are managed by the UK Forestry Commission to The UK Woodland Assurance Standard. These magical woodlands can be accessed via the public footpaths, just down the hill from the camping field, or through the gate from the North corner of the field. We ask that you respect these access terms and do not breach the fences from the camping field, into the woods.

Parents and carers must ensure children are properly supervised at all times.

Newhouse Farm Wild Camping is used by all persons at their own risk. Whilst we make every effort to ensure a safe camping experience, we cannot accept responsibility for your personal possessions whilst on the property.

Fire extinguishers and a first aid kit are available to you at the field.

Quiet hours

We are not a camping field for late night parties. We have quiet time between 10pm & 7am. Strictly no music to be played between these hours. We are a quiet, family friendly camping field. This rule is mandatory.

House rules

  • You must request permission before inviting visitors.
  • Only free standing hammocks permitted. No hammocks or swings in our elderly trees.
  • Rubbish is to be taken down to the waste, recycling and glass bins provided in the yard on the way out.
  • Children must be supervised by parents and carers at all times.
