Questions

The things people ask before they book

Most of these are answers you would rather someone read now than discover at the top of a farm track.

Are there showers?
No. There are no showers at Newhouse Farm. There are two wash-up stations, plenty of toilets including compost loos, and solar-pumped drinking water.
Can I bring a caravan?
No. We welcome tents, roof tents, tent trailers, campervans and motorhomes, but we are unable to accommodate caravans. There is also no CDP point.
Will I have phone signal?
Not on the way in. Signal drops from the beginning of Newhouse Lane and restores at the top of the camping field. Load anything you need before you turn into the lane.
Can I have a campfire?
Yes, in a raised fire pit only, never on the ground. Bring your own or hire one from us. Order campfire essentials before 4pm on the day you arrive and we deliver them to your pitch. Ash goes in the oil drums around the field.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes. Dogs are welcome on long leads and under control at all times, and in all four Landpods at £5 per dog per night. Please use the dog waste bin at the entrance to the field.
What are the check-in times?
Grass pitches check in from 12pm to 7pm and out by 4pm. Landpods check in from 2pm to 7pm and out by 12pm.
When are you open?
From the first Saturday before Easter until the end of September.

Drafted, awaiting your word

These two are ours. They are sensible answers, but they are not policies you have actually stated anywhere, so they are marked as drafts and they are deliberately kept out of the structured data that search engines and AI assistants read.

Is the field suitable for a large motorhome?
Access is via a rural one mile farm track with a hill up to the field, and the field itself is hilly, so bring levelling ramps and chocks. If your vehicle is unusually large or low, it is worth a phone call before you book.
Can I have a fire pit delivered if I arrive late?
Orders need to be in by 4pm on the day you arrive. After that the trailer has already gone round, so it would be the following day.

Proposed, not on your site today

7 of these 9 answers are taken straight from your own site, and only those 7 are published as structured data. That distinction matters more than it used to: when someone asks an AI assistant whether you have showers, it reads this block, and it should only ever be able to quote you.

Come and find the quiet

Open from the first Saturday before Easter until the end of September.
